ROOTED WOMBS: Natural FERTILITY + BIRTH SERIEs
may 6 & 7, 2023
(Link will take you to neshothamayim.org to register)
The season of fertility and birth has arrived--let’s come together and honor the feminine creative life force within us!
Rooted Wombs is for all the mothers, daughters, and sisters who want to understand, honor, and nourish the vitality within. Whether you’re wanting to become pregnant, wanting to avoid pregnancy, or have already given birth and are in another phase of your life, your fertility is a vital sign that helps you understand your overall state of health on a much deeper level. This is an educational and experiential series to help you gain insight and connection with your body in order to thrive through all seasons of your feminine cycles.
The weekend will include conversations about supporting fertility (and overall vitality), bringing harmony back to our reproductive cycle and creating intentional lifestyle routines to honor natural cycles of life, conscious conception, natural pregnancy, the birth portal, and nourishment after birth. We will invite connection to our deeper selves with prayer lodge, a fire ceremony, sunrise meditation, kundalini yoga, and, of course, lots of nourishing foods, herbs, and love!
There are limited spots available for the overnight retreat, which will be from 4:00pm on Saturday until the workshop begins at 10:30am Sunday. Space is available for the workshops each day for those who are unable to attend for the full retreat.
